With 15 years of marketing, brand, and growth strategy experience, Julie has worked internally for brands and as a consultant. Julie has deep expertise in brand research, strategy and activation, brand expansion, consumer experience, digital marketing, and marketing effectiveness. Underpinning all of her experience is a desire to produce data-driven, yet emotionally salient insights.

Julie spent most of her career, 11 years at Kashi Company, one of the largest brands in the healthy lifestyle market, driving growth by developing new markets, new products & brands, new communication strategies. In 2012, she completed the development of the global brand positioning, brand purpose and architecture for Kashi. This work was held up by Kellogg Company as best in class and used in the Kellogg’s Brand Training Curriculum around the world. She has also worked for research company Nielsen, using data to help brands like Kraft and Athenos Hummus identify new product, flavor and communication opportunities. In her role at Nielsen, she received the David Ogilvy Award for Excellent use of research in advertising.
